Bottle filling is a key stage in packaging liquids, sauces and other substances. This can be performed in different ways based on the type of beverage (sparkling or still) or substance (detergents, oil, spirits) to be packaged, and on the type of packaging material being used (PET, HDPE or glass bottles, aluminium cans, Tetra-packs etc.). There are several phases in bottle filling lines in which different industrial machines are used for very specific purposes. At a top level these are the following:
